Unidentified Pink & Green Rock

Here is another one that I thought had some potential. It looks like what I call granite, that I find tons of around the greenhouses. It is pink particles and white particles....has a bit of a sparkle to it....but this one has lime green blobs all through it. This is the first one I found that has lime green in it. Does anyone know what it might be? Again, it was found in Albion, MI at my greenhouses.

Looks like a piece of unakite. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unakite One of my favorite rocks as of late. They aren't too rare(I find them in river rocks in landscaping a lot) but they can have some value especially big pieces. Looks like a nice piece
